Attempted my first nut roast for dinner tonight. Came out a little crumbly but tasted good. 😊 Was extra proud of the homemade vegetarian gravy I made to go with it. 😁

Annual work holiday party today. The best part is that my boss lets me use his office as a quiet space away from the crowds of people. Cookies might be a close second for best part of the day. 🎅🏼🍪
