She could go back to her family at any time- unless she's been fighting for so long that she's unable to recall how to get back... or if she can get back at all. But this ninja's gonna go out on a limb and say that in the end, Chronos will not be the big bad of the story. That honor... 3/?

Chronos is time itself. By reaching the ending, whatever it is, all Melinoe has done is further split the timeline into so many further shards. There will always be a timeline where an evil version of Chronos exists. The war, the brooding, the lonely existence... it's all self-inflicted. 2/?

Absolutely cannot recommend LOTRO enough. Plus it's got so much to do in it and it compels you to just... wander, explore, and take your time checking every last little corner. If you're a fan of the books, read along and you'll get a lot of background material that goes more in-depth!
