He is amazing. He is caring. He is hurting. He may be broken, but the pieces can be put together again. He is like an elaborate puzzle piece, just waiting to be solved under all the mystery and walls.

And with his injuries, he feels like he has no purpose. He feels he's useless, because without his hands, how can he create? How can he give? How can he show off his passions? Who would he be without his hands? But he's more than that. He just needs to realize that.

When he's his true authentic self. He just wants people to see the real him; a man, resilient and kind. A gentle soul who went through so much. A man who was dedicated to his forging and passions. An artist who loves using his hands to craft.

But with trust and love comes pain and betrayal in his eyes because of what happened, so he trusts so little. He is hurting, but deep he wants someone there for him while he's hurting. Someone who understands him. Who is willing to be there for him while he's trying to change. While he's happy.

He cares about the SH as much as they care about him. He just doesn't admit it, because then he's being vulnerable.And being vulnerable means trusting again. By putting trust in someone and letting them in, they get access to all that he is.

He doesn't want to let anyone down, so he pretends to be fine all the time. Blade just needs someone who will be there for him, even during the dark times. Someone who sees past his scars and past, to who he is deep down, past the walls he put up to keep people out.

Yx is arrogant and prideful as a way to mask his pain and insecurities, so he doesn't feel like a burden to others. His high status as a Furnace Master probably put a lot of stress and self doubt on YX from the pressure of being so highly respected.
