Completed the set dressing for the epic door environment, as well as finished adjusting the timing of the sequence. Ready for the final critique of the quarter.

Working on set dressing for the epic door, and in the process, addressing the overall pacing of the cinematic sequence based on the critique received from the cinematic rough assignment.

Re-designed the door lock mechanism to better show the opening motion of the door, and added audio to the sequence, as well as addressed the pacing issue of the sequence. Now working on blocking out the environment and setting up cameras for the Epic door sequence!

Completed steampunk door modeling, texturing, and rigging, and in the process of animating the door opening sequence and implementing steam and spark effects with Niagara.

Replace the particle system in the Interactable Asset project from Cascade to Niagara to solve the infinite looping issue, as well as for better-looking particle effects. Also working on modeling steampunk-style door for the Epic Door project.

Managed to put together most of the elements and interactables, but still struggle to stop the cascade particle system from playing in a loop, and trying to get on component hit function working.

Managed to get the lightsaber example file up and running, and attempting to recreate the beam effect by studying the blueprint in the file. Also found Star Wars toy props to go with the overall theme for the interactive project.

Made changes based on the critique session, adding flowers to grass and rocks around the beach area, changing the volume fog start distance to address the issue of lighting look wash out, and replacing the mossy rocky ground texture with 4K but still trying to get ground displacement looks right.

Manage on migrating building from the OldWestLearning pack, but still have some problems with the texture and collision. Also, somewhat struggling with making the river on slope look nice.
