The immigrants, the "other religions", the gays and lesbians, the educators, the "political enemies"... And supporters of Democracy, were all attacked, killed or jailed by every single dictatorship of note.

This is interesting. There are some of these efforts now spreading around the webs. I started stockpiling food and goods months ago, in anticipation of some price increases, shortages etc. It also comes in handy for this. I expect, hope, these become very common. #WeThePeople

What to make of today's absurdity. Well, clearly Trump is a lap-dog and this idea of America first is hooey. EU is deciding to go it w/out the USA. Seems like an end of an era. I am not seeing greatness, I am seeing the world walk away from us. For what? I can only imagine putin owns trump

Here is the dealio.. Mass civil disobedience and peaceful protest are 100% the most powerful tool we have right now. Those looking for violent confrontation, chill out, that has a time and place, it's not now. Peaceful, but not harmless should become mantra.. Say it with me, peaceful, not harmless.

Watched the Tim Miller interview, er, podcast with Ezra Klein on the Bulwark... Yeah, Ezra makes good points. But, they ARE trying to take over our country.. they are inept, idiotic and terrible at it. Doesn't diminish the fact they and their followers are trying to destroy liberal democracy.
