This little Great Horned owlet was found beneath her nest in a pine tree. After a triage and confirming she was healthy, we were able to locate the nest and she was returned to it. Mama owl returned to her baby not 5 min later. The property owner is keeping a close eye to see if

This 4-5 day old Great Horned Owlet was found on the ground, I took care of her overnight and a relay transport was arranged for the following day.(my driving is very limited) She is at the rehabber and doing very well!

This poor Canada goose had been spotted in our lake for weeks with his dead rotting leg dangling by the fishing line he was entangled with. Since he could fly, catching him was a challenge. One day a neighbor had him cornered against a fence and captured him.

This is one of my favorite photos, the quality is terrible since I zoomed in with my phone. This coyote was sunning itself on the rock on the lot next door.

These are 2 sibling Barn owl owlets. They hatch in the order the eggs are layed. These were approximately 10-12 days apart.

We have 3 dogs, but this guy Onyx is so dang photogenic I can't help myself! Somebody dumped him on a rural Hwy last year, I have zero regrets spending a year working on him being okay w/ our cats and dogs. He's great now!

Our bees are loving the bee bar 🐝 It's about 30° at night and there's little for them to eat this time of year. I fill the bowl with quartz then pour sugar water in.

A little Red Tail I rescued last year, she was being transferred to a transport crate in this photo. (I know, my bad not wearing gloves) She went to a licensed rehabber, grew up with other RT's and was released back to the wild.
