For context this is Errows (pronounced like Eros) and Betty Bunny my hellaverse ocs. I thought the concept of a hellborn and a sinner being married would be interesting narratively. Errows is an incubus and he met Betty while she was alive.

I think my design for Thomas Morebucks is one of the best examples of how the difference in knowing how to create appealing character designs can elevate your art. These pieces are only a month apart and the only difference is I had taken a character design class.

I mean these two pieces being made in the same year? Only six months apart? Look at that progression! Both of these are great pieces but that's so much learning that happened from May to November of that year.

To be honest, it's a little upsetting to see people be hard on their younger selves works. I've found the whole process of digging through it oddly affirming because I can tell I was beginning to understand some very important concepts even this early in my art career.

Oh goodness! I found my Spidersona from 2018! Red Widow. I came up with a ton of backstory where she worked for Matt Murdock during the day as a legal intern and her roommate was Otto Octavius who made her extra legs.
