Progress is doing good. My weightlifting is closing in back to my powerlifting highs. Which in itself is amazing post back surgery. 🏋️‍♂️

#Gainer goals though, I really want 200 in the rear view and at 225 at year’s end. I need someone to help fight this fast metabolism. 😩
