I think if you're going to use a watermark having "DO NOT STEAL" is an appropriate one.

I would say his actions and exhibitions indicate he cares more about the perception of himself vs. the actual wellbeing of other folks.
He may be thinking he's actually trying to help people out. There's a reason they say "the road to hell is paved with good intensions". He's just fast tracking it

Two ways I look at Trump's policies:
- He's either the the most incompetent person you could imagine to handle macro economics of a G7 nation.
- He's bloody brilliant if he's actually trying to destabilize the G7 / NATO alliance / cooperation.
