Just to be clear, Trump's idea of making America "great again" is killing off or deporting as many people he considers "losers" as he can.

Check out the book "Beyond Belief" by Deborah Lipstadt. How American newspapers not only lacked coverage in the lead up to, and during the Holocaust. When they did cover the atrocities, suggested they were not true, and printed the stories buried into irrelevance.
