In a shutdown, military & essential gov workers are working without pay. A SNAP benefit application takes ~30 days for approval so food banks are desperately trying to meet the demand.
USDA decides to NOT continue SNAP benefits starting Nov 1, just happens to be 31 days since the shutdown began.

She had the whole Epstein story 3 years ago... then ABC killed it, likely due to pressure from multiple VERY high sources, including Buckingham Palace (which is why I suspect Biden may have also intervened on their behalf.)
