Salvaged a loaf of sourdough I screwed up (doubled the recipe, but didn’t double the salt). Basted it with baking soda solution, and then covered with pretzel salt and poppy seeds. Proud of myself!!!

I have significant swelling in the right side of my throat and it’s affecting my right ear which is causing dizziness. So I have a VNG on Monday, and I’m taking an antibiotic to see if this could be an infection of some kind. Let’s hope it works!
I am so tired of being dizzy. Seeing an ENT tomorrow - maybe they can figure out wtf is going on…
