Sorry to hear about the tickets. I wouldn't beat myself up about it, though. If it was your friend who forgot to buy the tickets, you'd probably console them, and not tell them off like you seem to be doing to yourself. People forget things sometimes. Nobody's perfect. Be excellent to yourself.
