I think a lot of people's confusion comes from the graphic that, I think for most people, is all they've seen on it. Gavin V put out a decent video but you can't expect everyone to watch it - though from my understanding a 1 is "borderline functional" and a 5 is updated frequently as the meta shifts

Not having a 4 or 5 doesn't mean they're not useful, I'm sure you'd like to know if the person wanting to match against you is running one 🤨
