So I attempted to make homemade KFC burgers last night. They were pretty good, the herb and spice mix needed more salt and pepper, and a hit of salt at the end, but it was pretty yummy! First time frying anything!

Went to Thyme on Dalton on Monday… phenomenal middle eastern lunch items! The cheese pide is phenomenal, as well as the labne pizza topped with fresh vegies.

Spring rolls in lettuce with a nuoc cham. Cooking dumplings now, and have made a soy and black vinegar dipping sauce.

😠 this is the second block of butter I have ruined in as many days by trying to soften it in the oven. I have butter all over the oven, and butter isn’t cheap 😭 the bits are banana bread crumbs after the oven disaster.
