They definitely could have tried a little hard to keep the cards thematic. Like how is this scene emblematic of Rhystic Study? New players will be so turned off from Magic when they play this in their casual game and someone gets tilted.

Adding a third color to Simic tends to add some pizzazz. But if you want to stay Simic, add a subtheme. As an example, you could loop artifact lands specifically and have all your payoff cards be artifact payoffs. That way your deck feels unique and you have a more specific gameplan to go brrr.

Why did your mom only get like two lines?? We needed more context about the adults on your world. Did they share your spirit of adventure? Did they align with the light or dark?
