it was dr nawal matar at noa clinic in wrocław (dr adam kaleciński did my consult a month before and signed off on my paperwork but i dont think he was there during my actual surgery bc i never saw him again??) id really recommend them, the clinic is rly trans friendly and they get a lot of intl +
