It looks like the new Warlock cosmetic in the eververse is invisible in PVP. I didn't realize it, until the end of match when my friend could not see my armor. Explains why the other team was upset lol. I thought it was just server issues.

Hopefully there can be a recompense of the missing items for all players if this goes on a few days to make up for items unclaimed, so not all are taking the brunt of a few bad actors
