I spent my read suspended with the narrator in unsettling proximity to rightness but never quite settled. Sometimes I thought of puberty and the horror of violated bodily autonomy.

Sometimes I struggle to remember characters if I space a book out over some time, but these guys decided to live rent-free in my head.

Thanks so much to Thorne for writing great queer art.

Jax is a born sexy (literally) yesterday himbo in the body of the galaxy’s most notorious criminal, and he was resurrected just to be V’s super hot guard dog.

V is the best in the business when it comes to body-snatching and butchering.

bitterness blackens his heart. He blurs the line between desperate self-preservation and depraved self-interest until I could no longer tell the difference. The man is the worst. I love him.

Initially read an advance copy but bought my own because Look At It. Plus Salient Books has signed copies!
