Solos for the Schnoze, modern solos dedicated to FZ. Learned to play “Holiday in Berlin”, “Big Swifty” and “Black Napkins” 20 years or so ago. FZ was the best. Experimenting with flanger and mutron after reading Zappa gear and trying to replicate his amazing tone.

That’s a very dangerous record and it’s very good for you. I saw Frank in 84 for two shows and he played “What’s new in Baltimore” and I remember when he’d sing “I don’t know” in his low register.
The solos on there are gorgeous too.
