If Chuck Schumer had not slowed the Dems roll on the 1st opportunity to vote for a shutdown, they never would have made their point as significantly as they have by waiting, which he co-signed along with Speaker Jeffries. So, no he has the knowledge and expertise the Dems need. They better realize‼️
