Many prayers and devotion to her are honestly more heartfelt and loving than say prayers to the Triune male god of this faith and many former Catholics will even say that devotion to Mary is honestly the only thing they really miss about the religion.

Because naturally when the image of The Divine Mother fades religion itself fades. An example being in Catholicism and Orthodoxy where Mary is effectively a non Divine Mother Goddess.

That is why the earliest faith of humanity was the worship of The Divine Mother with male Gods coming about at a later time. It is no coincidence that in highly Abrahamic societies or post Abrahamic societies Atheism is on the rise.

When most of the Soviets were not Jews but ethnic Russians and Hitler himself considered Slaves to be untermenchen to be exterminated even though the Nazis for a brief point allied with the Soviets in the Molotov Ribbetrop pact.

To use an example a Hindu Guru I listen to Rajarshi Nandy says The Gods are impartial to all races of people. They are worshiped by all races of people even demons like Asuras or spirits like Bhutas and favor no race, gender etc only piety and virtue.

The actual Gods are universal. They created all races of man in this world and all others and are worshiped by all peoples in Diverse, Names, Titles and Rites.

If you think that your gods and traditions are closed to certain people of certain races than your gods are not actually Gods but racial djinn who will die off when your race, nation etc dies off much like how a Dryad dies when her tree dies.
