Don't ever be afraid of crying as a man. Tears are healing. If you need to cry just do it. Cry so many tears that you need an Arc to survive but I promise it is worth every last drop. Heal like the fate of the world depends on it and cry for 40 days and 40 nights.

The bastardization in the message of films like Fight Club and The Matrix by toxic masculine opinion pieces is the exact same sort of unintentional missing of the point that so many people in religious and spiritual circles did to their own supposed holy messages.
