I drew for the first time in months? since getting the news. such a weight off my back. excited to be creative again

I’d take a break if you can, as long as you can, and venture into other outlets (ie reading, gaming, writing, other crafts) or brand new activities! something about starting from scratch elsewhere made me appreciate myself and my art. gave me good perspective. hope this passes for you soon 🫡
