It is easy enough to say "well, clearly they didn't watch the video so I will exclude their responses," attention check working as it should and what not.

But it makes me sad that this happens now and that there are no consequences which tacitly says that this behavior is acceptable.

My hope is that in this case it is pretty straightforward because the question was "Describe the presentation you just watched," and the answers I'm concerned about said a lot of fluffy words but no key terms from the actual content.
