We give 1g all the time when giving only Tylenol! Why are we not optimizing our mechanisms of pain management if we’re already giving *some* Tylenol! Why does this always confuse everyone!

Problem with me at least (and I’m sure several others) is we’re still forced to see more patients during those paid hours so we spend unpaid home hours doing the paperwork for them. The corporations don’t care and don’t see a need for more providers cause we’re just keeping up in our unpaid time.
