A few white guys in overcoats (or lab coats??) decorated with patches and lanyards study tablets as the background shows a mix of monitors and marquees displaying information of a complex nature. A few middle-aged white guys study tablets with looks of consternation as a complex mix of marquees and monitors light up the background in a display of an abundance of spacey blue text. They are wearing blue and navy blue overcoats (or lab coats??) with patches and US pins weirdly similar to those worn by elected Congress officials.
