Atlantic article describing what I’ve noticed myself in gym locker rooms over the last 10+ years. Younger (than me) men that feel the need to change either in the shower stall or under a towel. As someone that grew up using common gym showers, this seems detrimental to body acceptance & normalcy.

As the rain and morning darkness banish me to indoors, at least I can relish in my home nudity. Started lifting (again). Maybe I can actually maintain the routine for more than a week. 🤦♂️ I’d much rather do cardio but I know weight training is important. #homenudist #nakedfitness #naturist

The weather is turning quickly here in NJ but today was warm & sunny. I also had a good excuse to WFH which I seldom do anymore. After a late breakfast, I gathered what was likely my last non-cherry tomato and a few peppers from the garden. Peppers will go until December's frost. #WNGD #naturist

This past week my good friend to joied me for a sunrise dip. He is not a #naturist and although he has seen me nude a lot, this was first time he was nude in front of me. I give him a lot of credit for getting out of his comfort zone and trying naturism if only for a few minutes. And, he liked it!

We’ve had unusually chilly mornings here in NJ. Had to wear my winter hat for my morning bikes the last two mornings. Hoping for a fall warm up before the chilly weather really kicks in. #naturist #chillmornings

I haven’t posted in a bit but nonetheless I’ve been enjoying a nude summer whenever possible here in NJ and also on a recent vacation we did. Here are a few from just before vacation from a sunrise paddle with my friend and from a sunrise swim. These are both from the a bay spot near my house.
