The practice of meditation was the most important thing to David Lynch, he advocated and was an evangelist for it in a way that was so true and pure. I feel very ready to move out of the shallow waters and dive deep in my personal practice. Thank you DL.

It's uncomfortable and it will bring up things, feelings that may not make sense and that's the magic. Its not distraction to watch a David Lynch film, its exploration. Lets keep looking into the new places.
