Loona is now in the game! Going to use her as a stand in for the player character for now. Character customisation will come one day, but it's low priority at the moment.

Going to start designing some other coaches for the test level.

With basic game programming done, I'm building up the environments again.

The skeleton of the Showdown System is done!
It now works with wild packs and other coaches.

It's pretty bare bones at the moment, but now that the turn orders have been ironed out I can start adding all the other ingredients.

Very much in the build it and make it pretty later stage.

Proud to have rebuilt the battle system to work with multiple ShoNiMals showdowns in the wild.

Nothing too fancy to see right now. Just getting those core turn mechanics in place and ironed out.

Hey Bluesky it’s been a while.

I’ve just been optimizing some code and shaders (and enjoying the short Canadian Summer… ) so I haven’t had much to show the past couple of weeks.

Just got a better refined movement Ai running now.

Still have to rebuild my test level and polish the weather system.

Spent the day setting up ShoNiMal Packs and programming their movement AI so that they don’t stray too far away from each other.

Finished a day job gig and have more time for ShoNiMals!

I’ve been slowly expanding the world scale to work better with the ShoDown battles in world. Also did some texture updating.
