Thank you to whoever returned the last pair of remaining wide leg jeans in my size to M&S I've waited patiently after busting a zip on the last pair in the store. I got completely stuck and had to get help. I'm an absolute cringe.

Overdone it in the gym and pretty much every muscle in my back has DOMS. I've never had this in my lower/mid back before. Good lord! You don't realise how many muscles you use in your back doing the slightest thing until they hurt!!
