its very possible that those people are also systems or have dissociative amnesia and just dont know it considering autistic people are more likely to dissociate, i’ve even heard that masking itself is a form of dissociation so it makes sense it could cause amnesia for some people.

what ive heard is that com is literally complicated ships, any dynamic that is unusual or problematic in some way, and darkship is stuff that would be really harmful or illegal irl.

i also dislike that phrase being used for animals, because it is way too common for humans to genuinely believe that animals are just empty shells operating on unconscious programmed instincts like simple robots or something and that mindset grosses me out a lot.

- someone’s consciousness and internal experience is one of the worst things you can do socially. it is giving up on empathizing with and understanding them as another conscious person with thoughts and feelings.

i don’t remember thinking we were any kind of multiple when we were little, only sign of our plurality looking back is that we liked acting like animals or our favourite fictional characters.. but in late high school headmates started noticably showing up as separate and thats when we started -
