If they put pork belly on sale, it forces my hand. At least that's my logic. Made some bacon over the last couple of weeks and put it on the smoker today while I worked from home. I won't get a chance to try it until tomorrow. I also plan to give some to neighbors and friends. #cooking #bacon #smoke
