Met this cutie in Puerto Rico last year. So many cats in Old San Juan, it was a hot day, this one was laying in a fountain keeping cool.
They take care of cats there. Strong feral cat care program, food, sterilization for population control. And the kitties were all quite friendly! My kinda town!
