pretty good!! 8/10, would easily jump up if i could season the meat before patty form (i don't think the soy honey sauce took very well but it was still tasty). ended up adding some sriracha mayo to the top bun. my roommate described it as "a moist chicken burger" lol. very good, would try again

gonna make CROC BURGER for the first time today, wish me luck
thinking I'll do it with a soy & honey sauce to flavor it more with a jalapeno avocado mash on the buns since i don't have many other toppings atm
