Does this incentivize turning all employees into tipped employees and the growing pervasiness of the hated tip screen?
On its surface I like giving hard working staff a break, but I’m worried it creates the wrong incentive for businesses.

If it could make someone 10% more efficient, that’s theoretically worth $10,000. There are drawbacks of course, staff development being a major one. It’s much more efficient than Google search for me trying to find information, or sometimes it identifies something I haven’t thought of.

It can quickly perform tasks I would otherwise have entry-level staff perform. Pulling key information from a grant agreement. Summarizing program guidelines and identifying criteria. Drafting alternate language when something doesn’t sound right.
For now, it’s basically intern-level quality.

Maye has total 16 tds to 15 turnovers, avg 6.9 ypa . He needs to limit the turnovers to be on Daniels level. Daniels has 28 tds to 11 turnover, with 7.6 ypa.
Maye has a worse O-line and coaching, and he could have a better career, but for this year, Jayden is better.
