Not exactly sure but changing my refresh rate from 144hz to 100 and back makes it stop. Very hard to repro, 2 days ago it did the same thing but also had a 2 second black screen every few seconds, went away with a restart. Doesn't happen every gaming session and downgrading nvidia drivers didnt help
