I went on a nice outing with my mom today. We ate together and walked around the park yapping about silly things. We took a lotta breaks cause she needs to rest often, but it was great overall. I got to see all sorts of critters! The sunset was lovely on the way home~ 🥰

Got a rejection email today so if I seem a little down today that's probably why. It's hard to feel good after being told you weren't good enough. I'm gonna try to keep my head up, though. Reminding myself that this doesn't mean that I'm worth any less than anyone else.

I had a doctor tell me that if I put my phone away and not doom scroll that I could get better sleep. Tried it for a couple nights. I was still up overthinking for hours. I took melatonin too for some of those night to see if there was any difference. Noppers!
