i watched a reel few weeks ago, about naming your brain and communicate with it.
so, my brain named herself Bianca(that’s the first name came up when i tried to name her), and whenever i am anxious now i go “Bianca i have no time for this” and just continue doing what i gonna do.
kind of works.
