I need to stop befriending americans

The concept of left and right is super fucking stupid anyway, I don't understand how people can get behind the idea of "I hold this view, therefore I must hold all these other views too". The world is too nuanced for that

Seen an obnoxious amount of people calling anybody who expresses this sentiment "spineless fencesitters", it's a little depressing being surrounded by people who think this way (i.e, not at all)

Saying that on this site especially is like yelling at a brick wall but I 100% agree
