In the mean time, I need to find myself more things to make me feel like me. Clothes, makeup, maybe a skincare routine to boot. Idk. A friend of mine told me that rather than making a to do list, it should be nebulous, so long as it’s rooted in chasing joy.

Okay. I guess I’ll give updates to journal progress. I called an endocrinologist yesterday. They said I need to get a letter from my therapist to *make* the appointment because I guess they want everything in writing now. Which isn’t a huge deal, but like. A tiny bandaid has been ripped off.
