The regulations were introduced in 2010 & implemented in 2011/12, been years in drafting & City were on the working party so knew the implications & what they needed to do. They hired 2 members of the UEFA team that drafted them. Borson knows this but it's not the narrative he's pushing.

Clubs are lining up to sue Manchester City if they are proven guilty of the PL charges. Probably speculative at this stage. I hope they come together to pursue a group action.
