Kinda proud of myself that in the sick email this morning I felt confident enough to address the issue, and say that it needs to change.

Hate that tech startups are usually pick 2 of those 3 and bigger companies just want me to have the same output as everyone else and then put me in situations where I’m not playing to my strengths so I’m set up to fail.

All I want a job where I am solving interesting problems where management recognise the strengths I bring to the table and play to those strengths (which in general this job has been) but also a good amount of management of deadlines so I’m not stressed to the point where I cannot function.
