Okay, expanded the 1200 word chapter (rough) some more. Added a puca as a cross between the Welsh fairy and the spirit calling someone's name to lure them.

What about mentions of brand name corporate products? May I write 'Coca-Cola' or do I need to write 'cola'? May I write a character is using a Winchester 30-30, or do I need to write it as a 30-30 lever gun (made by multiple manufacturers)?

I've had a character come alive in my head and tell me no, the plot needs to go HERE, not THERE. These are temporary thoughforms you create. And though they feed on your energy to exist, they still have life of their own. Sweet dreams, ha ha! 😜
