Reminds me of the lore warden warrior who was also an atheist my friend made in one D&D campaign. Went around telling everyone that the gods weren't real, just really powerful people, like even to clerics and had to fist fight them often. "The gods aren't real dumbass." Was said commonly.

He was convicted of taking "improper liberties" with Barbara Winter when she was only fourteen... which he served only three months of 1-3 year sentence after President Carter pardoned him. Very sad.
