This is actually me answering the same question from numerous different angles, not just repeating the same answer in different ways...

Really tired of the subscription and not proud of how I fell into it for years but also I don't wanna replace it with just Another subscription. The lack of convenience is a small price to pay for actually just having a fucking library where things don't just disappear
