Okay so this milk makes quite a taste difference when the latte is plain (no syrup). Reminds me of some of the best lattes I’ve had at a cafe.
But with syrup (my default), the fancy milk isn’t worth it.

Probably not worth it for daily lattes. After all, it’s $6 for a half gallon with a $3 refundable bottle deposit.

There is a taste difference, it’s a little creamier? Definitely makes foam that doesn’t separate as quickly and latte art is easier to do.
