I’m not a conspiracy theorist (nor have I played one on TV), but has anyone else thought that the huge recruitment of ICE that is occurring is actually the building of a civil army controlled by Trump, not the US military?

Do you think ICE in Minneapolis would have shot and killed a white man wearing a MAGA hat in the same situation?
