-introduced queue behind websocket to prevent failure due to disconnection.

Bugfixes
-Bugfix: Users with multiple workspaces were unable to fork pipelines immediately after switching workspace
-Bugfix: prevented steps with replicates from retrying no matter what after forking
-Bugfix: allow sample group entry (control vs. experimental) for forked pipelines
