My physio has told me ‘no yoga’ for at least 6 weeks. So I shall miss the 30 day challenge, which I’ve completed for the last 5 years. My continued hip issue is preventing me from doing routine chores, as well as exercise. Only the exercises she has given me today, I should do until 19th Jan.
